America Resembles England 350 Years Ago.

Welcome to The REALLY Real Deal. It’s Reverend Craig, your friendly neighborhood hatchet man. Todays post is a throwback to our SUNDAY MESSAGE for September 4, 2022.

In this message, I talk about how the persecution we face today, and the threat of more (such as the 87,000 new gun-toting IRS agents) is not new. After all, God says, “There is nothing new under the sun.”

As a matter of fact, all despotic regimes demonize the righteous opposition as being guilty of the crimes they commit. Can you find today’s tyranny against God loving, America loving, MAGA citizens in history, or in the Bible?

Let’s look at some examples of persecution in History.

Firstly, we know that the government’s abuse of power towards Christians is an attempt to stop the preaching of the true word of God.

A few examples of this are Daniel, Esther, Peter and John.

The “government swamp” in the Book of Daniel conspired to use the law to get Daniel killed because he would worship no one except the one true God. In another case, the evil Haman in the Book of Esther did the same against Mordecai and all the Jews who actively remained faithful to the Lord. Then again in Acts 5 when the law was used against Peter and John as they went to make disciples of all nations, like Jesus instructed.

In addition, lets take a look at England 350 years ago.

Did you know that the King of England illegally used the law against Baptists and Quakers by way of the Toleration Act of Great Britain.

Now lets compare. Can you see how Biden, and all that stand in agreement with him, use the law against Trump and MAGA Americans, and anyone that does not conform to their ideology.

So I ask you this: if we do not stand up for our God given freedoms, who will?

Reverends and sisters in Christ, let us stand together in unity and prayer for our nation. Let us reflect on these verses as we go about the coming days.
