Chuck Smith’s Quest for the Chairman’s Seat
Virginia Beach, VA, attorney, Chuck Smith is seeking the Chairman seat of the Republican Party. Chuck has been a lawyer for 38 years and is counsel of the Smith Law Group in Virginia Beach, VA. He seeks to broaden the base of the party and believes the party needs someone who has earned leadership and connects with voters.

About Chuck
Born on the fourth of July, at age 17, Chuck Smith enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he served for six years. Upon completing his service, Smith earned his B.A. and J.D. from North Carolina Central University. He went on to receive a commission from the U.S. Navy JAG Corps and earned his certification in military science from the Naval Justice School. He served in the Navy as an attorney for two decades. In 2012, Smith was a Republican candidate for the U.S. House to represent the 3rd Congressional District of Virginia. Smith and his wife have five children.
