A History of First Landing
In 1607, three ships from England landed in VA Beach on April 26th. This is commonly remembered as the First Landing. The weary travelers fasted for three days while praying over the land that was to be their new home.
On April 29, 1607, Rev. Robert Hunt said a prayer at First Landing in VA Beach. The congregation built a cross that stood 16 feet tall to symbolize the dedication of themselves and the land to God. With this dedication, they vowed to become evangelists to the world.
Welcome to The REALLY Real Deal and our Sunday Message for April 16, 2023.
Today, I’ve chosen to share a program we will broadcast worldwide next Wednesday, April 26th.
It is a re-committal of our wayward nation back to God, just as they fervently did in 1607.
